Islejarl is a game that has not launched yet. Right now islejarl.com is a coming-soon page with a waiting list. These terms cover the site as it exists today. We will write fuller terms for the game itself before it opens, and we will tell the waiting list when we do.

By using this site or joining the waiting list, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can join

You must be 13 or older to join the waiting list. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should know you are signing up. We may remove an entry we believe belongs to someone under 13.

The waiting list

• You give us an email address and pick a username. We send one code, or a matching link, to confirm the address is yours.
• A confirmed username is held for you until 30 days after the game launches. If you never make an account, it may be given to someone else after that.
• We will write to you when the game opens. That is the only message we plan to send from this list.
• You can leave the list at any time. Details are in the privacy notice.

How to behave

Please do not use the sign-up form to send spam, to scrape or copy the site, to sign up faster than a person would, or to pick a username meant to look like it belongs to us (Harbor Authority, Lawspeaker, admin and similar are blocked, but please do not try to get around that). We can remove an entry that breaks these terms.

The name, the look, and the words

Islejarl is a working title. The name, the logo, the site's design, and its text belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to the site and to talk about it. Please do not copy the logo, the site's design, or its text and present it as your own.

No promises about what is coming

Islejarl has not launched. Plans, features, art and dates on this site or anywhere else can change or be dropped before launch. Joining the waiting list is not a purchase and does not guarantee you a place in the game.

The site as it is

We provide this site as it stands, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We are not liable for loss connected to your use of the site, beyond what the law in your area does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game and the site develop. We will change the date at the top when we do, and we will tell the waiting list by email if a change matters to how the list works.
